Business Registration, Business Address Change and Liquor Licensing services are available through the Internet Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

Staff is available at more than 100 OneStop locations, Monday to Friday to assist you, if necessary. To find the location nearest you please click here.

Our services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Tuesday evenings after 5:00 PM and Sunday mornings from 6:00 to 9:00 AM.

Our Help Desk is available to answer your business registration and business address change questions from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays) at 1 877 822-6727. Outside of Canada and in Greater Victoria call 250 370-0332.
