The OneStop Business Registry is pleased to announce our partnership with the City of Kelowna, The City of Penticton, the District of Lake Country and the District of West Kelowna. Businesses will now be able to initiate their local government business licences with these four new partners using the OneStop Business Registry. Service BC successfully launched the new Address Change Business and Citizen service on Sunday February 23, 2014.
Now, residents and businesses in British Columbia will be able to notify provincial, federal and local government organizations of a new address – in a single transaction!
With Address Change BC, corporations, sole proprietorships, general partnerships and societies can update addresses quickly and conveniently with BC Registry Services, Canada Revenue Agency, WorkSafeBC, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and many local governments. Residents are able to update Medical Services Plan and Driver’s Licence information in a single transaction.

Liquor Control and Licensing Branch has introduced a new liquor licence for catering businesses. This new licence enables caterers to provide a full range of food and beverage services to their clients.
In addition, existing food-primary and liquor-primary licensees may apply for a catering endorsement in order for them to also provide food and beverage service at events held at offsite locations.

If you hold a Catering licence or endorsement, you will be able to submit notice of all catered events to the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch using the OneStop Business Registry site.
If the catered event meets the low-risk criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions Guide, it may be submitted up to 10 calendar days prior to the event. All other catered events must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
On December 9, 2014, Liquor Control and Licensing Branch (LCLB) implemented a new service to allow licensees to submit Temporary Use Area (TUA) events providing required endorsements have been granted.
On February 17, 2015, Liquor Control and Licensing Branch (LCLB) implemented a new service to allow licensees to submit Market events and All ages liquor-free events providing required endorsements have been granted.
